Shipping times vary slightly depending on the specific product to ensure it is handled with care. Fleece-Lined Thermal Tights take approximately 4–6 days to deliver, while our Soft Gel Comfort Bras, Bodysuits, and Sculpting Shorts arrive within 8–11 business days.
Standard courier delivery across South Africa is R90.00 for orders under R1000.00. Standard shipping is completely free for all orders of R1000.00 and up. For expedited delivery, we offer an Express Shipping option for a flat rate of R150.00.
As soon as our local team packages and dispatches your order, you will receive a tracking number via notification so you can easily trace your shipment's progress.
Because our collection includes intimate apparel, comfort bras, and bodysuits, we adhere to strict health and hygiene regulations. To protect all of our customers, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, personal preference shifts, or sizing mistakes. We highly recommend reviewing our size options carefully before finalizing your purchase.
